Booking deposit

A $25 deposit holds a standard grooming appointment and counts toward your service total. Nail Trim appointments currently require no deposit.

Note: payments in this challenge demo are simulated — no real card is charged.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule yourself anytime from Manage Booking, subject to real available appointment times.

Cancellations

You can cancel from your booking page. When a slot opens, compatible waitlisted customers may be offered the appointment automatically — so cancelled spots rarely stay empty.

• At least 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit is refunded.
• Within 24 hours: the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee.
• No other balance is owed for a cancelled visit.
• If Maya has to cancel, anything you paid is refunded in full.

In this challenge demo, refunds are simulated — they're shown on your booking but no real money moves.

Availability

The times you see depend on Maya's working hours, breaks and days off, your selected service's duration, existing bookings, and Maya's required travel time between visits. An empty gap on the calendar isn't necessarily a valid appointment slot — only times that genuinely work are shown.

Please provide accurate dog size, temperament and any relevant grooming notes, so your appointment can be scheduled with the right amount of time and care.
